Our Culture
Self-care & Community
We Support Caregivers, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to encouraging and empowering individuals who care for their elderly loved ones—including parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and spouses living with chronic illness—to prioritize and cultivate intentional self-care.
Our organization is grounded in Christ-centered, biblically based values, and we believe our mission begins internally. Before we can effectively serve caregivers in the community, we must first establish a culture within our organization that reflects the same encouragement and empowerment we aim to offer others.
By nurturing a strong, faith-driven foundation and promoting self-care among our own team, we ensure that those who serve caregivers do so from a place of wholeness, balance, and purpose.
We are also deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We continue to build our board and teams with individuals of varied skills, experiences, and backgrounds, knowing that a diverse team puts us in the best position to support caregivers both locally and globally.
